It was a very nice place, and location was great.

That I had to pay for parking!

The rooms were great, but there is a catch 22 you have no choice on where to park, and then on top of you room cost, you are charged 16.00 plus tax for parking your car in the only garage available.

The bed and linens were attractive and comfortable

The parking situation and the 16.00 parking fee.

So glad I had the Priceline advantage or I would have been very disappointed had I paid the regular rate of 199.00 per night regular room charge. The room was nice, but the bathroom was just a regular 2 star, I was expecting a more appealing bathroom. It was worn and discolored. This hotel was nothing special; and I hope next time I can get my regular room at Holiday Inn Express. There was no parking due to events at the hotel and adjoining convention center; it was a long walk from the parking garage to the hotel to the room when you are loaded down with luggage and hand carry items. Thankfully, I obtained the room for an excellent rate through Priceline so I could not complain too much for the inconveniences. The workout room was nice and clean with good equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful.The Starbucks downstairs is great and the adjoining cafe as well. ...read more

Not a 3 star hotel. Room mostly outdated. Bathroom sink and tub completely clogged! 6 inches of standing water in tub after shower!
